SERVICIOS
ANODIZING TYPE II
It is an electrolytic process that provides aluminum with greater resistance to corrosion and abrasion.
Benefits:
- Heat sink
- Dielectric properties
- Decorative with a range of colors (gold, red, black, blue, green, violet, orange, etc.)
Application:
In interior areas of automotive vehicles, electronics, appliances, machinery and construction.
Available colours:

ANODIZING TYPE III
Provides higher hardness and coating density than type II anodizing
Benefits:
- Heat sink
- Wear resistance
- High dielectric strength
Applications:
In interior areas of automotive vehicles, electronics, appliances, machinery and construction.
It is increasingly used in mechanical, naval, and thermal environments due to industrial demands to protect certain parts against corrosion.
GALVANIZING ( zinc coating)
It is the application of electrolytically precipitated zinc coating on steel parts.
Benefits:
- Corrosion protection
- Paint adhesion
- Decorative
Applications:
In interior areas of automotive vehicles, electronics, machinery and construction.
Also applies as a base coat with a subsequent coating
Available colours:
- Bluish
- Black
- Yellow
PHOSPHATIZING
Phosphating is a conversion layer formed by the reaction of the base metal with phosphoric acid that provides temporary protection against corrosion. This corrosion resistance can be improved with the use of oils.
Benefits:
- Heat sink
- Wear resistance
- High dielectric strength
Applications:
In interior areas of automotive vehicles, electronics, household appliances, machinery and construction.-It is increasingly used in mechanical, naval, and thermal environments due to industrial demands to protect certain parts against corrosion.
BLACK OXIDE
It is a controlled chemical oxidation of steel. This oxidation produces a corrosion-resistant black layer with very good adhesion.
Benefits:
- Aesthetic Finish.
- Blueing attracts and retains lubricating oils, thereby improving corrosion resistance.
- It is an excellent protection alternative where there are close dimensional tolerances.
Applications:
It is widely applied in the metallurgical industry.
Another field of application is in the automotive industry.
Used in precision screws, nuts, precise gears, machining.
ELECTROLESS NICKEL
This kind of coating is applied to the base metal by autocatalytic chemical reduction. It is completely uniform, hard and highly resistant to wear and corrosion.
Benefits:
- High resistance to the corrosion.
- Far superior to any other electrolytic or chemical coating.
- High Hardness (1050 HV100).
- Excellent wear resistance, similar to hard chrome.
- Free of porosities, laminations, cracks and others defects.
- Layer thickness from 5 to 150 microns completely uniform.
- Easily solderable with tin for electrical use.
- Easily machinable after deposit.
- Replaces imported steels and high cost.
- Hard coatings for metals soft.
- Natural lubrication, giving excellent mold release properties.
- Selective coating to save machine parts in poor condition or poorly machined.
- Reduces investment and operating costs.
